OrderSheet Terms of Service

OrderSheet is operated under the Unora trading name. It provides purchase-order line validation and CSV exports for business customers. These terms describe the free trial and optional paid service. For enquiries, email hello@getordersheet.com.

Free trial

Eligible businesses may use OrderSheet free for 14 days, with up to 25 purchase orders, subject to limited trial places. No payment card is required. The trial ends automatically when the period or usage allowance is exhausted. We do not automatically convert trial users into paid subscribers or charge them when it ends.

Subscription fees

If you voluntarily select a paid plan and complete Stripe Checkout, billing begins immediately: Starter costs $39 USD/month for up to 100 purchase orders each calendar month, and Business costs $79 USD/month for up to 300 purchase orders each calendar month. These are recurring monthly subscriptions. Stripe shows the final payment amount before you confirm. Additional taxes or charges may apply where required by law. You authorize recurring payments until canceled.

Cancel or change billing

You may cancel using the Stripe billing portal or contact support. Cancellations are scheduled for the end of your paid billing period; charges cease after that. Access to paid features ends when your paid subscription period expires. If an invoice payment fails, access may be suspended. Contact support promptly about erroneous payments or service issues. Refunds are considered in line with applicable law; unused periods are not automatically refunded unless legally required.

What is included

The current beta supports structured purchase-order text, line-item arithmetic, warnings and CSV exports. It does not currently automate inbox forwarding, full OCR of scanned PDFs, accounting-system import, accepting orders, fulfillment or inventory changes. The separate ChatGPT tool may offer free read-only validation and is not an authenticated paid entitlement.

Your responsibilities

You must confirm that you have rights to submit each document. Do not use the service for sensitive personal data, regulated information, payment card details or confidential documents unless a suitable data-processing arrangement has been agreed. Verify all figures against original documents before commercial decisions. We may apply reasonable usage, security and abuse controls.

Availability and support

OrderSheet is a beta and is provided without a guaranteed availability or service-level agreement. We aim to correct reported faults, but automated extraction may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not accept liability for orders entered, financial commitments or inventory changes based solely on unreviewed output, to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
